The rooms were cosy and tidy and had the necessary facilities. The prices were great value for a weekend stay at the hotel and the positive thing is that it is walking distance to the train station on the airport line. The staff were friendly and nice despite that the main block of the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation work and there was no dining in the hotel, but look forward to the renovations finishing and another visit to the new look Quality Hotel Bayswater.

Lovely clean rooms, staff were wonderful in both the accomodation and the restaurant. We told house keeping they didn’t have to make up our room as we were there for a week, but they came back in when we had left for the day! It was a wonderful surprise! I was worried as if had the bar downstairs, but it was so quiet! The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced too!

We've stayed here often over the years. It's convenient to family and friends. Having the train station across the road was an absolute bonus. We've decided to use the public transport system next time and not hire a car as Transperth is an amazing system. The hotel is clean, has everything we needed and the staff are lovely.

They provided a packed breakfast and were really happy to accomodate our late check out request (from the parking lot). The place is really close to the airport (but you can't hear the planes at all.
